Caraway Cabbage stew has been one of my favorite dishes since childhood. It is a very warming and comforting dish. I especially like the addition of caraway. This caraway cabbage stew with ground turkey varies from the traditional dish by the omission of potatoes. You are welcome to add some in case you would like a more filling meal.

The serving size for caraway cabbage stew with ground turkey in this recipe is for one portion only, but I would urge you to double/ triple the recipe to have on hand for another lunch It is just irresistible!
