Dark Chocolate Chili Truffles |

- 17.64 ounces (500g) dark chocolate
- 1.69 fluid ounces (80ml) cream
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder or to taste
- 1.41 ounces (40g) butter, unsalted
- In a smaller pot bring the cream and chilli powder to the boil. Add ⅔ of the chocolate and melt while stirring to a smooth mixture. Add butter and stir again.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered rectangular baking dish; leave to set completely (about 6 hours).
- Remove the set chocolate from the dish and cut smaller squares. Roll them gently between the palms of your hands for round truffles.
- Melt the remaining dark chocolate and leave to cool again. Coat the rolled chocolates with the melted chocolate and let set.
