Spinach Kiwi Chia Smoothie |

- 1½ cups (375 ml) coconut water
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- ½ apple, chopped
- 3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve over ice or as is.
