Spinach Kiwi Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups (375 ml) coconut water
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • ½ apple, chopped
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve over ice or as is.
