Caraway Cabbage Stew with Ground Turkey |

- 4 ounces (113 g) organic ground turkey (buffalo, lean beef)
- 4 cups (400 g) organic cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth, homemade
- ½ tsp. caraway, ground
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown the meat in a larger pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cabbage and caraway. Stir, bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cabbage is done.
- (Add more chicken broth to your liking.)
- Season with salt and pepper.
