Healthy, delicious and irresistible, that’s what I thought when I purchased these fantastic looking salmon steaks. They were calling me from the display counter at my local health food store. I just couldn’t pass them up. Yes, they were approved by my sea food guide, no worries there. Served with a savory and sweet balsamic glaze it was a dish combined in heaven.

This is a keeper recipe you should absolutely prepare for your family and friends. Don’t miss out!

Love the new look Kirsten. Very nice. And welcome to Wordpress. Hope you’re happy with the change, I’ve never used Blogger, so don’t know what the big differences are, except the plug-in piece. I have some balsamic glaze in the fridge that must go on Salmon like this. Made it for asparagus last week. It’s delicious.

Am writing to you all the way from semi-rural Australia, just a 100 klicks from Sydney. NE European born myself. What a wonderful salmon recipe I just cannot wait to try: hope you do not mind, but it has already been shared with a number of friends, so don’t get a surprise if quite a few ‘requests’ from Down Under head your way :D ! Thanks!

oh my.. this is my most favorite way to cook my most favorite fish. I often just use kikkoman with a bit of garlic, should try the balsamic for a change…
