Flammkuchen is a favorite of mine…I love its very thin crust. Whenever I’m in Germany or Alsace and see it on a menu, I have to order it.
My daughter still talks about the Flammkuchen she had while in Germany. I’m so excited to try out your recipe and surprise her!!
This looks delicious, I was lucky enough to spend a whole month in Germany last July and loved my time spent in Heidelberg, I am new to the website and look forward to trying some of your Recipes especially the German ones!
